Tasks

  • Supporting the further development of the company's quality management system (ISO 9001)
  • Assisting in the implementation of an information security management system (ISO 27001)
  • Participating in the planning, control, and optimization of business processes in coordination with the management
  • Process monitoring, employee guidance, and training
  • Supporting company and internal audits
  • Helping ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal company guidelines

Your Profile

  • Completed studies or similar qualification with a strong focus on quality management
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 is desirable
  • Strong interest in the development and implementation of business processes
  • Technical understanding and solution-oriented approach
  • Independent and precise work style, reliability, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
  • Organizational talent, resilience, and reliability
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • High level of communication skills across different employee and operational levels
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills, including MS Visio
